To ensure quality access speed and minimize busy signals, we keep our user to modem ratio at 10 to 1. As our client base grows so does our modem pool.

Our World Wide Web server runs on another Dual Pentium 4 Windows 2000 server running at 2 GHz with 512 megabytes of RAM. A fault tolerant RAID level 5 striped set of hard drives provides 120 gigabytes of high speed on-line storage. A nightly tape backup to DAT further enhances our data security.

Our Mail server is yet another Pentium 4 Windows 2000 server running at 2 GHz with 512 megabytes of RAM. A mirrored set of hard drives provides 60 gigabytes of high speed on-line storage. All the mail data residing on our server is backed up on a daily basis to DAT tape. The server additionally runs on a conditioned and backed up power supply.

PST Web offers high speed ISDN internet access. Ascends MAX 4000 provides both single channel and dual channel dial-up connection to our backbone.
